Tire Change
Help When A Tire Keeps You Off The Road
A damaged or unusable tire can leave your vehicle unable to continue safely. Whether the problem happens while driving, after returning to a parked vehicle or before starting a trip, a tire issue can quickly become a roadside problem that needs attention.
Dough Towing provides tire change assistance for drivers throughout St. Louis and the nearby Missouri communities we serve. If your vehicle has a tire problem and you have a suitable spare available, roadside tire change assistance may help get the vehicle ready to continue.
When calling for assistance, provide your location, vehicle information and a brief explanation of the tire problem. It is also helpful to mention whether a spare tire is available with the vehicle.
When Tire Change Assistance Can Help
Tire problems can result from a puncture, loss of air, visible tire damage or another issue that makes the current tire unsuitable for continued driving. In these situations, replacing the affected tire with an available spare may provide a practical roadside solution.
Drivers should avoid continuing to operate a vehicle when the tire is not suitable for safe travel. Continuing on a damaged or significantly deflated tire can create additional problems for the vehicle and may make the roadside situation more difficult.
What If The Vehicle Cannot Continue?
Not every tire problem can be solved with a roadside tire change. A spare may not be available, the spare may not be suitable for use, or another issue may prevent the vehicle from continuing safely. When roadside assistance is not enough, Dough Towing also provides towing services.
Our towing options include light and medium duty towing as well as other vehicle towing and recovery services. This gives drivers another option when the vehicle needs to be moved rather than repaired at the roadside.
